As part of nature, atoms and particles constitute matter. Werner Heisenberg was a German physicist (1901-1976) who established the principle that takes his name, so called "Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle" for which he stated that it is not possible to know simultaneously the speed and position of a particle, the more precisely the position (momentum) of a particle is given, the less precisely can one say what its momentum (position) is - and as so much different and illustrious scientists - Maxwell, Bohr, Planck, which fixed their goals until obtaining them, with work, dedication and success.
