* 24/04/2009 The new "Código Técnico de la Edificación" (technical building standard regulations) regarding acoustic insulation requirements became effective. The new regulation presents innovations with regard to the previous basic building standard approved, consisting in the possibility to perform acoustic measurements in order to demonstrate that interior and exterior walls and ceilings fulfill the new acoustic parameters demanded for living rooms and other working places. Requested measurements are the following ones:
Precise instrumentation controlled with our qualified technicians is needed to perform all measurements, so we are able to offer a fast and effective service for assuring the final quality standards required in the constructive process regarding acoustic insulation in buildings.
* 29/06/2009 Madrid Town Hall license service has developed a procedure for private company approval regarding initial management for granting local licenses (working license, opening license, etc....).
* 01/07/2010 The general rate VAT now 16% to rise to 18% as approved by Ley 26/2009 spanish goverment regulation. The VAT (IVA) applicable in the Canary islands (IGIC), Ceuta (IPSI) and Melilla (IPSI) will not change.
* 14/02/2011. HEISENBERG SERVICIOS TÉCNICOS has developed the new project online platform to request our engineering services via internet. To access the project online platform please select PROJECT ONLINE in the main toolbar.
* 01/10/2011. Málaga Town Hall license service has developed a procedure intended to reduce time for granting opening licences for business and facilities. The owner must keep all technical documents (projects, certificates, etc..) together with the application form in order to show that documents if required by inspection department once activity is running.
* 03/05/2012. HEISENBERG SERVICIOS TÉCNICOS offers Spanish-Russian-English translation service in meetings and congresses to technologic and industry oriented companies.
